Vangelis Banias
Vangelis Banias is the founder and author of Logifin, with more than two decades in financial leadership roles. His career spans newly formed organisations finding their footing and well-established multinationals, across consumer goods, retail and financial services, always with a focus on financial planning, controlling and corporate governance.
He holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business. He believes in long-term, passive investing: steady monthly contributions (DCA), low-cost ETFs and patience. On Logifin he writes about everything he wishes someone had explained to him simply when he was starting out, in the belief that “finance is at its best when the complex becomes simple”.
No jargon, no “magic formulas”, no promises. His goal is that you understand what you are doing with your money and why.
